wormed, combo tested and micro-chipped.
The adoption process involves an interview and questionnaire,
a contract, and an $85 adoption fee.

Adoption Procedure
- Fill out a pre-adoption questionnaire
- Have a phone interview with a SpayMart representative
- Meet the cat if you have not already done so
- Provide references and agree to a home visit if necessary
- Sign an Adoption Contract agreeing to return the animal only to SpayMart if you can no longer keep them
- Make a tax deductible Adoption Donation
- Begin your new life with your new special friend!
- Provide a permanent home with for your forever friend!
