Because we have so many cats, we've listed them alphabetically:

Davey

Davey

Davey, Male

It all started when rescuers found us, me and my two siblings, huddled together on a lonely street in New Orleans. Hurricane Katrina was just about to bring all of us feral animals deep trouble, so the three of us were awfully lucky to be picked up and taken out of harm's way before the winds tore through our neighborhood and the levees broke. Now we were all very cute and I was especially gentle, so much so in fact that it led to a colossal misunderstanding at the shelter! They thought I was a girl and named me Daisy.

When SpayMart rescued me someone checked me over and changed my name to Davey.

I'm sweet and get along well with people

Digger

Digger

Digger, Male

Digger was born into a "family" of 100 cats, all the products of cruel inbreeding and neglect, all the prey of constant parasites and disease, all essentially homeless. Living without love, without even adequate care, Digger is nonetheless the most beautiful boy inwardly. Maybe you wouldn't care if he couldn't win the Madison Square Garden Cat Show right now? His very sweet nature and a little heart as brave as a storybook warrior make him a jewel among kitties. He is without a doubt, first prize material.

His team of doctors and all of his SpayMart friends are very concerned that he find a true guardian (or even a foster until he is well) as soon as possible. Love, they know, is the finest medicine known to man-or cats…or any of God's creatures. Given big daily doses of love, Digger will make it!

Delilah

Delilah, Female

I was just an innocent kitten living with my big family in what seemed to us like the promised land for cats (actually, the parking lot of a bunch of good guys called "Volunteers of America"). It was an awfully good place to colonize, because some super kind guys called "SpayMart rescuers" got permission from the Volunteers to feed us,

if they did it discreetly. So we immediately agreed to join this top secret confederacy and cooperate with their cloak and dagger methods. (Cats LOVE cloak and dagger). We obligingly disappeared during the day totally…I mean you couldn't see a shadow of a whisker anywhere. And then, after the offices closed and the parking lot emptied and we heard in the distance the sound of a SpayMart car, we appeared like 15 or 20 little ghosts, with invisible bibs and silverware, all lined up and ready for our daily feast. One day the SpayMart people took us to their sanctuary where we are not scared anymore and have lots to eat.

Doyce, Female

I’m a dainty little girl who has always loved flowers. A while ago, I used to wander a neighborhood in Kenner, near New Orleans, where people had the loveliest gardens. The roses and the daisies and the petunias and the pansies would wave gently in the breeze as if calling me to come and play and I did. Yes, I admit that I never paid attention to private property rights. I just saw a flower bed and ran right over to talk to those fragrant blossoms. There was one particular garden that I enjoyed so much, I kept visiting even when the gardener told me to “Scat!” I just didn’t think she mean't it. Unfortunately she did. SpayMart was called (thankfully) and I was taken to their sanctuary.

Doyce is always together with Cleveland and it would be wonderful if they could be adopted together. 2 for 1 fee special
